These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 1xwin online entertainment platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using 1xwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1xwin is an online entertainment platform. The platform operates as a digital service for adults aged 18 and above in Pakistan. We do not claim any government licence from Pakistani regulatory authorities, and players are responsible for understanding the rules that apply in their own location before registering.

These terms apply to all games and services on 1xwin — including the live casino, slots, sports betting on cricket and PSL markets, fish games, crash games, and any other product available on the platform now or in the future. Who These Terms Apply To

Every person who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any service on 1xwin — whether placing bets, playing casino games, or making transactions — is bound by these terms.

When They Take Effect

These terms take effect the moment you complete the registration process on 1xwin. You are bound by the version of the terms current at the time of your registration, plus any updates published after that date.

Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in English for Pakistani users. In case of any ambiguity, the English language version is the controlling document. Terms are interpreted in line with the plain meaning of their words.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

1Who Can Register on 1xwin

To be eligible to register and use the 1xwin platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. 1xwin does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or bet on the platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf — you cannot register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
  • You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into such an agreement, you are not eligible to use the platform.
  • You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a person employed by 1xwin or its affiliated companies.
  • You must have only one active account on 1xwin. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

1xwin may request proof of age from any registered user at any time. If a user cannot or does not provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until identity and age are confirmed.

Underage use: The 1xwin platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to have been registered or used by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds in the account may be withheld. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors do not access this platform.
18+ Strictly Enforced

Age verification is required at registration and may be requested at any point during your use of the platform. 1xwin uses account verification procedures to check eligibility. Gaming by minors is not permitted under any circumstances.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is allowed one account on 1xwin. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other reason — is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

2Creating Your 1xwin Account

When you register on 1xwin, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information the registration process requests. You are responsible for keeping this information current — if your details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that:

  • All information you have provided is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are registering for personal use only and not for any commercial or fraudulent purpose.
  • You understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
  • You are not registering on behalf of another person or as a business entity.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. 1xwin will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

1xwin reserves the right to carry out identity verification at registration or at any later point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay restricted until verification is done.

Account security: You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your 1xwin account. Use a strong, unique password and do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

Deposits & Payments

3Making Deposits on 1xwin

All deposits on 1xwin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

  • JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically reflecting within one to two minutes.
  • Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed quickly through the Easypaisa app or USSD.
  • Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system.
  • Bank Transfer — standard transfers from any Pakistani bank account.
  • Cards and mobile wallets — Visa, Mastercard, and other supported digital payment methods.

All funds deposited must come from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Depositing funds from accounts or cards owned by another person is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

1xwin does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider (such as your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside 1xwin's control and are your responsibility to check with your provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit in your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 1xwin reserves the right to update deposit limits at any time.

PKR only: 1xwin processes all transactions in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by the platform. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account balance.
JazzCash & Easypaisa

Pakistan's two most widely used mobile wallets are fully supported. Deposits process quickly — typically within a couple of minutes — without requiring a bank account or card.

Raast & Bank Transfer

Raast enables near-instant bank-to-bank transfers. Standard bank transfers are also accepted, typically processing within one business day depending on your bank.

Cards & Digital Wallets

Visa, Mastercard, and other supported digital payment methods are available for players who prefer card-based or additional wallet options beyond mobile apps.

Withdrawals

4Requesting a Withdrawal from 1xwin

Withdrawals from your 1xwin account are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification.
  • Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 1xwin does not send funds to third-party accounts, cards, or wallets.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to meet wagering requirements are generally available for withdrawal.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of the request.
  • 1xwin processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
  • 1xwin reserves the right to conduct additional identity or security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed in a pending state while the review is completed.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be informed of the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, outstanding wagering requirements, suspected policy violations, or a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal method.

Verification required: Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not have withdrawals processed. Please ensure your account is fully verified so that withdrawal requests are not delayed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5How Bonuses Work on 1xwin

1xwin may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

  • Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus-funded winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement and the games that contribute towards it are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. 1xwin determines eligibility at its discretion and may restrict bonus availability based on account history, deposit method, or other factors.
  • One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus can be active on an account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the existing bonus.
  • No bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, abuse of free bet offers, or any technique designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
  • Expiry: Bonuses and free spins have an expiry date or validity period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will result in the bonus being removed from the account.
  • Maximum win caps: Some bonuses carry a maximum amount that can be won from the bonus. Any winnings above the cap may be removed from the account at settlement.

1xwin reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has started meeting its requirements, reasonable consideration will be given to any legitimate claim regarding partial completion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 1xwin, including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, and Esports markets:

  • Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds are those displayed on your bet confirmation screen.
  • 1xwin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started (where in-play betting was not the intended market), or where a clear pricing error has occurred.
  • In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's ability to process them in real time. 1xwin may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice.
  • For cricket and PSL markets: if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or affected by weather, individual market settlement rules apply and are published in the platform's sport-specific rules section.
  • Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance after the event result is confirmed by the official governing body of that sport.
  • Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market and account tier.

6bCasino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, fish games, and crash games on 1xwin:

  • All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics from licensed game providers. Game results are determined entirely by the game engine and cannot be influenced by 1xwin or the player outside of the game's normal mechanics.
  • The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot and table game is displayed in the game's information panel. RTP is a long-run statistical measure and does not guarantee any individual result.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — disconnection, game freeze, or platform error — the round affected may be voided. Bets placed in a voided round are returned to the player's account balance.
  • Attempting to exploit game bugs, glitches, or errors to accumulate winnings is prohibited and will result in the reversal of those winnings and account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

7Actions That Are Not Permitted on 1xwin

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Registering more than one account — whether under your own name or using different personal details, addresses, or payment methods.
  • Using false identity information during registration, verification, or any communication with 1xwin.
  • Underage use — accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Fraud and chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals after funds have been credited and used on the platform.
  • Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using coordinated accounts to exploit promotions, or any form of matched betting designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gameplay.
  • Money laundering — using 1xwin to deposit, hold, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 1xwin monitors accounts for unusual transaction patterns and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
  • Collusion and cheating — coordinating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage, or using software tools, bots, or automated systems to make bets or play games.
  • Hacking and exploitation — attempting to access or interfere with 1xwin's systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
  • Abusive behaviour — threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards 1xwin staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
Consequences: Any account found to be in violation of these conduct rules may be suspended immediately. Funds held in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation and, in cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, may be forfeited entirely.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming

8Playing Responsibly on 1xwin

1xwin is an entertainment platform. The platform provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity and stay in control of how you use it. These tools are available to all registered users and can be configured in account settings:

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it is enforced automatically. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
  • Session time reminders: Enable notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play, helping you stay aware of how long you have been on the platform.
  • Cooling-off periods: Temporarily block access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Deposits and play are suspended during the cooling-off period.
  • Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion is difficult to reverse quickly, giving the decision time to hold. Contact support to activate this option.

Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure

9When Accounts May Be Suspended or Closed

1xwin may suspend, restrict, or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

  • The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
  • The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The account is involved in suspicious transaction activity, potential fraud, or money laundering.
  • Duplicate accounts have been identified under the same individual.
  • Verification documents requested by 1xwin have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder.
  • The account has been used for bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting 1xwin support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds not yet released) will be paid out via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

1xwin reserves the right to withhold funds during any active investigation into potential policy violations. If an investigation concludes that a violation occurred, the funds in question may be forfeited.

Liability & Disclaimers

10Limitation of Liability

1xwin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is reliable, fast, and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

  • 1xwin is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • 1xwin is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax requirements in their own jurisdiction.
  • 1xwin does not provide financial, legal, or betting advice. Decisions about how much to bet and which games or sports markets to engage with are entirely the player's own responsibility.
  • The platform does not guarantee any outcome in any game or betting market. All results are subject to the inherent randomness of the game or the unpredictability of the sporting event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xwin's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11How 1xwin Handles Your Data

1xwin collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures.

Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa), identity verification services, and game providers where necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

Changes to These Terms

12Updates to Terms and Conditions

1xwin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
